Microsoft Teams has a great new feature for Chat. You can now reply to specific chat messages. This is handy when you are doing a 1-on-1 chat or a group chat, and you have several messages you need to send replies to.

Reply to a specific chat in MS Teams

Chat is linear, unlike conversations in Channels that are threaded conversations. With reply to chat, you can click the three dots called more options, and then select Reply, This works in Teams desktop.

1. Click **More options** (the three dots) for the chat you want to reply. 2. Click **Reply**.
