Teams allows you to "Record a video clip" in Chat. This is possible for one-on-one chats and group chats.

After sending, users can watch the clip directly in the chat. The icon to Record a video clip is right next to the Send icon in chat. When you record the video clip, you are limited to 1 minute. You can pick your mic and camera. You can pause and continue the recording as many times as you need.
