APC 2026 Was One for the Books
What an incredible few days at APC 2026 in Nashville! Gaylord Opryland was buzzing with energy from the moment I walked in, and getting to spend time with so many familiar faces (and meet a ton of new ones) made this one of my favorite conferences yet.
A Fun Surprise on Sunday
Before the sessions even kicked off, Karen and I had one of those only-in-Nashville moments — we ran into members of the Colombian Air Force, who were visiting the United States, and members of the Nashville SWAT team. Such a fun, unexpected encounter to kick off the trip!
Packed Rooms, Great Energy
I had the honor of presenting three sessions this year, and the turnout absolutely blew me away:
- My two M365 Copilot Essentials Masterclass sessions drew about 300 attendees each — over 600 people total joined me to talk Copilot this week. The energy in the room both times was fantastic.
- My two Advanced Excel Mastery Masterclass sessions each pulled in more than 125 attendees, and the questions afterward could have filled another hour easily.

- I also had the chance to present a computer technology session that brought in 140 attendees — a great reminder of how much appetite there is for this kind of content.
More Than Just the Sessions
Beyond the numbers, what really made APC special this year was the community. Hallway conversations, catching up with fellow MVPs, swapping stories over coffee between sessions — that's the stuff that doesn't show up in an agenda but makes the trip worth it every time.

Huge thanks to everyone who came out, asked great questions, and stuck around to chat afterward. Conferences like APC remind me why I love doing this—connecting with people face to face, hearing what they're working through, and sharing what I've learned along the way.

A Shoutout to the APC Staff
This was my third APC event, and every time, the behind-the-scenes staff makes it run so smoothly. With over 2,000 attendees this year, pulling off a conference this size takes a serious team effort — and they made it look easy. Huge thanks to everyone on the APC staff for their hard work and hospitality all week.
