Chris Menard's History with the APC Conference
Chris Menard’s APC journey started with a single message—and turned into something big. Back in September 2022, Samantha Fournelle, Event Project Manager at Diversified USA, reached out and invited Chris to speak at the APC Conference in Orlando, Florida, hosted by ASAP. That first “yes” sparked a multi‑year run of standing‑room‑only sessions at one of the largest and most electric events for executive administrative professionals.
From the very beginning, the audience made the difference. With more than 2,000 Executive Admins in attendance each year, APC delivers an energy you can feel the moment you step into a session room. Chris’s debut in Orlando featured two high‑impact sessions: “The Best Overlooked Zoom Features,” packed with rapid‑fire “Wait… Zoom does that?!” moments, and “Microsoft 365 – New and Upcoming Features,” which helped attendees feel confident, prepared, and excited about what was coming next.
Since that first conference, APC has become one of Chris’s favorite stages. The questions are sharp, the engagement is nonstop, and the audience shows up ready to learn and immediately apply what they’ve picked up. And the momentum keeps growing—this year’s September conference is on track to break records and may surpass 3,000 attendees, making it an even bigger celebration of the admin community and the impact they have every day.
