Microsoft Outlook on the web and Outlook desktop have similar features. Still, they have a different look, and Outlook on the web has several remarkable features that the desktop version doesn't. Microsoft is working on having one codebase. Outlook desktop, at some point, will have a new look, and these features will be incorporated.

Excel has a new IMAGE function coming out. I'm already using this frequently. Another great image feature is Data from Image. It is the ability to use a screenshot or add an image to Excel, and Excel will analyze the data and convert the image to text and numbers.

Overview of new features in Teams out now or coming soon

Teams has a new Send Chat Later feature coming out in December 2022. Another great feature already out is the ability to record a one-minute video clip in a chat. It can be a one-on-one chat or a group chat. Record a video clip is a great way to say hello to a new team member or do a short follow-up after a meeting.
