August 22, 2024 - I will present at the Southeastern Accounting Show in Atlanta, GA. My second session will be Microsoft Copilot: Navigating the Future of Productivity. The SEAS is hosted by the Georgia Society of CPAs.

Copilot for Microsoft 365 is designed to enhance productivity across various applications by leveraging AI capabilities.

In Word, it can draft documents, summarize lengthy content, generate ideas, edit writing, and format tables and lists.

For Excel, it analyzes data, creates complex formulas, builds charts, automates repetitive tasks, and generates comprehensive reports.

In PowerPoint, Copilot designs slides, suggests layouts and themes, creates speaker notes, summarizes key points, and generates visual elements like charts and images.

Outlook benefits from Copilot’s ability to summarize long email threads, draft responses, schedule meetings, organize emails, and provide reminders.

Lastly, in Teams, Copilot can summarize meeting discussions, generate action items, transcribe notes, schedule follow-up meetings, and provide insights into team collaboration. These features collectively streamline tasks and improve efficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite.
