Enhanced Calendar Views: More Options for Better Planning
One of the most significant improvements in the Teams new calendar is the addition of various view options. While the old calendar was limited to day, work week, week, and agenda views, the new version introduces a much-requested feature: the month view.
Here's a breakdown of the available views:
-
Day
-
Work Week
-
Week
-
Month
-
Agenda
The month view is particularly useful for long-term planning and getting a bird's-eye view of your schedule. It's a welcome addition that brings Teams calendar more in line with other popular calendar applications.

Teams NEW Calendar - Different Views
Multiple Time Zone Support: Collaborate Across the Globe
In our increasingly global workplace, managing multiple time zones is crucial. The Teams new calendar excels in this area, allowing you to add and display multiple time zones simultaneously. This feature is incredibly helpful for teams working across different regions or for individuals who frequently collaborate with international colleagues.
For example, I've set up my calendar to show three time zones:
-
Atlanta (my local time)
-
Chicago (Central Time)
-
London
You can add as many time zones as you need, making it easier to schedule meetings and manage your time effectively across different regions.
