Word Basic Videos

Video above is one of Menard’s most popular videos. It shows how to print a Word document with odd and even headers and footers for duplex printing.

Use the Format Painter on the Home tab to quickly apply the same formatting, such as color, font style and size, and border style, to multiple pieces of text or graphics.

To select a paragraph, triple click a word. To select the document, use CTRL + A on the keyboard. Also shown in the video above is how to change line spacing in Word.
